- Payment: Minimum deposit is one night's rate. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and traveler's checks, and cash accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: One night's deposit is required to reserve a room to be applied to the last night of your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival by cash, travelers checks, personal check or credit card. You may pay the balance ahead of time by personal check if you wish. If cancellation is received at least 2 weeks ahead of reservation date, the deposit will be refunded less the $20 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received after the 2-week deadline, we will refund any amounts for nights we are able to re-rent less the $20 cancellation fee. In either case, a minimum $20 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations will only be honored by speaking directly with the innkeepers - cancellations left on the answering machine, fax, or on e-mail will not be honored. If a room is booked, but no cancellation is received within the deadline, no one shows up, or the room is not taken for whatever reason, the credit card number taken to reserve the room will be charged for the nights booked.
- Restrictions: No pets; strictly NON-SMOKING. CHILREN 10 AND OVER ARE WELCOME. TWO ( 2 ) PERSON per room Maximum occupancy except Davis Suite.
- Breakfast: A full country all-you-can-eat family-style breakfast is served every morning. Cottage: breakfast may be brought to you in the Cottage or you may eat with other guests in the dining room.
- Special Events at B&B: Accept bookings for family reunions, retreats, small conferences and weddings up to 15 people maximum.
