- Payment: Minimum deposit is one night's rate. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and traveler's checks, and cash accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is received at least 72 hours before your arrival date, your card will only be charged a $40.00 cancellation processing fee. If no cancellation is received or your cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to your reservations arrival time(4:30pm), your card will be charged the $40 cancellation fee plus the outstanding balance over and above your deposit for the room(s) and the night(s) reserved, unless we are able to re-rent the room(s). A cancellation will only be recognized and honored by speaking directly with the Innkeeper.

- Breakfast: A full country all-you-can-eat family-style breakfast is served every morning. Cottage: breakfast may be brought to you in the Cottage or you may eat with other guests in the dining room.
