• Named for the last owners of “HILLSIDE FARM DAIRY”, the Raymond Davis family

  The Davis has wall to wall carpet, a queen bed, TV/VCR/DVD a small refrigerator and central a/c. The bath is a full bath with tub and shower. Presently the room sleeps two however in the very near future it will have an additional room which can be opened to sleep 2 more ($20 per additional person)

  Rate: $110 - $125 plus tax for 2 people/per night

• The "Loft", Our largest and quietest room, on the third floor, is fast becoming a favorite of couples looking for a romantic getaway on a budget. The room has a raised ceiling with exposed beams, window AC (seasonal), paddle fan and separate heat. This cozy room is furnished with a king bed, love seat (full sleeper), overstuffed rocker and bedroom rocker, fireplace, flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, refrigerator and hotpot. The private bath has no tub, only a shower stall. The Loft can accommodate 3 comfortably and 4 if family deems possible.

Rate: $125  - $145 plus tax for 2 per night, $20 for each additional person

All rates include a full breakfast. A 7. 1% sales tax will be added to the cost.

All rooms have air conditioning, paddle fans, separate heat thermostats, night stands, stacks of magazines, alarm clock radios, dressers, chairs, bathrobes, and a pitcher of refreshing spring water.
