Fresh chive sprigs and chive blossoms for garnish, optional
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, tabasco sauce, and 1 T. chopped chives. In a large non-stick pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook like standard scrambled eggs. When eggs start to set, add cubes of cream cheese. The cream cheese will melt by the time the eggs are finished. Place on serving plate and sprinkle with the remaining chives. Garnish with blossoms and sprigs.
